Heritage fruits like Shahi Litchis and Malda Mangoes are delicate and highly temperature-sensitive. To maintain their flavor and texture, we use temperature-controlled logistics for the long-haul portions of the transit. This ensures the fruit doesn't "cook" while traveling from Bihar to other major Indian cities.
