By accessing and using this website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms govern your purchase of heritage fruits and tree adoption services from Baageecha by Bargee Farms.
Baageecha operates on a seasonal, pre-order model. Our fruits (Jardalu Mango, Malda Mango, and Shahi Litchi) are only available during their fleeting harvest window (typically May–June). By pre-ordering, you acknowledge that:
When you "Adopt a Tree," you are renting the output of that specific tree for the current season. While the physical ownership of the land and tree remains with Bargee Farms and our partner farmers, you are entitled to the entire harvest of that tree, delivered to your specified address.
We guarantee that all fruits sourced are from their certified Geographical Indication (GI) zones. Muzaffarpur for Shahi Litchi, Bhagalpur for Jardalu Mango, and Malda for Malda Mango. Any documentation provided regarding certification is authentic.
Users are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Since our products are perishable, incorrect address details leading to delivery delays or failures will not be eligible for refunds.
Baageecha is not liable for any delays caused by courier partners or extreme weather events. We act as curators and facilitators between the heritage orchards and your home, ensuring the highest standards of handling and transport.
